Injury Worsens, Return Delayed For Stars Herman Friday, July 18th, 1941 After being examined by team doctors yesterday, Stars first baseman Babe Herman was told that his rehabilitation time would be increased to one week because he still had some pain and soreness. The medical staff did not want to activate him until he is totally healthy. Herman is recovering from blurred vision. This year Herman has hit at a .285 clip with 44 RBIs, 7 home runs and 35 runs scored. |
