						Solons Win, 5-1, at Seattle
					 |

Sacramento Solons starter Tony Freitas pitched his team past the Seattle Rainiers, 5-1. Freitas got the win, improving to 3-0. He allowed 7 hits and walked 1 over 9 innings. Freitas allowed 1 run. The win puts Sacramento at 14-9.
It could have been a different outcome for Sacramento, had it not been for Max Marshall, the 27-year old right fielder . Marshall contributed a 2-run single in the top of the fifth inning to put Sacramento up, 4-1.
"Our goal is to improve each and every day," Marshall told the Sacramento Gazette.
