Seals Owner, Shelton, Invests in Property Just Outside of Town Saturday, November 21st, 1931 San Francisco Seals owner, Judd Shelton, found a way to make money, and decided to take it. The owner of the Seals decided to purchase land on the outskirts of the team's hometown of San Francisco. Shelton is reportedly interested in, "Developing the property for affordable housing and workspaces." Commercial realtors in the area have gone on record since the deal was announced that both the short term and long term health of the ballclub will improve as the land was under-priced and is widely expected to be a bonanza for the owner's bottom line . |
