Trent Struts Stuff in Win Over Sacramento Friday, October 3rd, 1930 Ted Trent blitzed the Sacramento Solons at Moreing Park today, pitching the Portland Beavers to victory, 4-0. Trent needed 9 innings to shut out the Solons, striking out 2. "I knew he had it in him, but it's still nice to see him put it all together," Portland manager Mark Cooley. Trent surrendered 6 hits and 3 walks in the outing. Up to now Trent has compiled an ERA of 3.13 with a 23-10 mark over 36 starts.
