Ballou Whips Mission Tuesday, September 28th, 1937 San Francisco Seals starter Win Ballou tamed the Mission Bells 4-0 with a 6-hit shutout, finishing the game with 3 strikeouts and 2 walks in a sharp outing. "I enjoy facing a team like that where I can get an out on one, two or three pitches," Ballou said. "It gives me a chance to be a lot more aggressive."
