San Francisco Out of Playoff Race
Friday, September 27th, 1935
San Francisco Seals manager Mark Velez said his club is "frustrated" to no longer have a chance at the postseason. The club was mathematically eliminated from a possible playoff berth earlier today.

The Seals have missed the playoffs 9 times in their 14 years as a Pacific Coast League franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 3rd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 1931. In the last 10 seasons, the Seals have missed the playoffs 7 times.
