San Francisco Blanks Mission Behind McHenry
Saturday, April 20th, 1935
San Francisco Seals hurler Henry McHenry was stingy with runs in his latest outing against the Mission Bells, shutting them out 5-0 on 3 hits.

"Henry was very aggressive tonight," San Francisco manager Mark Velez said. "He threw everything he had with a lot of confidence."

Through 9 innings, McHenry tallied 4 strikeouts and allowed 4 walks.

"He was throwing strikes with all his pitches and mixing it up well," losing manager Mike Heath said. "McHenry has a sneaky fastball, and whatever that off-speed pitch was, it was keeping our timing off."
