Seattle's Brown Shuts Out Angels

Los Angeles dropped a 3-0 shutout to Ray Brown and the Seattle Rainiers at Civic Field today. The Angels offered little resistance to Brown, who stopped them on 4 hits, fanned 4 and walked 0.
"It just felt right today," the right-handed Brown told reporters after the win. "Even with the rain, it didn't throw me off my rhythm."
To this point in the season Brown has 6 wins and 5 losses and a 3.02 ERA.
