Brooklyn Blanked by Johnson

Cincinnati Reds right-hander Si Johnson used his full arsenal today to shoot down the Brooklyn Robins 7-0. All day long, he exhibited fine command of all his pitches, giving up 1 walk and striking out 6. Johnson allowed 4 hits to Brooklyn in the victory.
"It felt like my catcher and I were on the same page all day, and Brooklyn was on a way, way different page," Johnson said.
Presently Johnson has a 11-11 mark in 26 starts with a 3.30 ERA. He has given up 188 hits in 210 innings, struck out 75 and issued 72 walks. Opposing clubs have compiled a .240 batting average against him.
