Johnny Rizzo, the Chicago White Sox 25-year-old left fielder, put himself in the spotlight last week making him the clear-cut choice for American League Player of the Week honors. He ripped 9 hits in 21 at-bats, compiling a .429 average with 3 home runs and 10 RBIs. This year Rizzo has socked 92 hits in 335 at-bats for a .275 average with 15 home runs.
